ZOI ZORMPA

I am a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor from Balanced Body University, and an EQF Level 4 certified Yoga Instructor as well as a Group & Personal Trainer. Additionally, I hold a diploma in a unique Mind & Body program from MK Pilates, as a Spirals Instructor.

Professional Experience

I was born in Greece and as a child, I studied Classical and Modern Ballet, from which I have drawn inspiration and knowledge to enrich my fitness programs. This diverse background has allowed me to develop a unique teaching style that combines the flow of dance with the precision of Pilates and natural bodyweight movements. I have been teaching both group and personal sessions for over 17 years, always staying up to date with the latest trends and knowledge in my fields of interest.
