REFORMER WORKOUTS

In unseren Studios in der Himmelpfortgasse und Zollergasse bieten wir folgende Reformer-Workouts an. Sie können sich über die jeweiligen Stundenpläne anmelden. Kommen Sie bitte rechtzeitig, damit der Unterricht pünktlich starten kann. Am besten 10 bis 15 Minuten vor Kursbeginn, dann können Sie sich in Ruhe und stressfrei auf das Workout vorbereiten. Es zeigt auch Respekt gegenüber den anderen Teilnehmern, wenn man selbst pünktlich erscheint - vielen Dank dafür!

Hinweis:

Aus Hygienegründen und für Ihre Sicherheit sowie zur Leistungsoptimierung, tragen Sie bitte spezielle Socken mit rutschfesten Sohlen. Diese bieten Ihnen während der Übungen wichtigen Halt. Falls Sie keine besitzen, können welche bei uns käuflich erwerben.

 

Seien Sie vorsichtig und konsultieren Sie einen Arzt, wenn Sie ernsthafte medizinische Probleme haben, schwanger sind, unter starken Gelenkproblemen, Balance- oder Mobilitätsproblemen oder chronischen Erkrankungen leiden. Teilen Sie Ihrer Trainerin bitte alle medizinischen Probleme, Verletzungen oder Bedenken mit, damit sie entsprechende Anpassungen und Anleitungen für ein sicheres und effektives Training geben kann.
